A: Yes,we can,we are good at insert molds too.we have more experience in insret molds.
Q: Do you have your own designer team?
A: Yes, we have our designers, so if you can provide us your ideal, we also can make out the sample to you.
Q; What is Injection Molding?
A: Injection Molding is the use of heat and pressure to force plastics into a cavity (mold) to create component in a precision repeatable manner.
Q: How to pack the moulds and products?
A: For moulds, we will coat one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then cover thin films on the mould, finally pack it into free-fumigation wooden case.And for products, we will pack them with standard export cartons or pack as per customer’s request
Q: What can we do if we don’t have the mold drawing ?
A: you will only provide the actual sample to us then we can help you to make the design injection mold drawings for your confirmation
